What currency are the prices listed in?

All prices on our website are shown in USD (US Dollars).

How soon will my order ship?

We hustle to get your ReaLabs out the door ASAP! Your order typically takes 4-7 days for production, followed by 5-10 business days for shipping. We'll send you a tracking number within 3-5 days of your order actually shipping. If you don't see a tracking number after 7 business days, just shoot us an email.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely! You can cancel your order, but there are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Standard Orders: For in-stock items (not pre-sale offers), you can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn't shipped yet.
  • Pre-Sale Orders: For pre-sale items, cancellations are handled differently. If you need to cancel a pre-sale order, a 20% service charge will be applied to cover the costs associated with getting your order ready for production. You can cancel your pre-sale order by replying to your order confirmation email or contacting our customer service team.

What if my order has already shipped?

If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it using our easy return system. Please visit our or more information on how to initiate a return.

Oops, I entered the wrong address!

Hey, it happens! If you noticed a typo or auto-filled the wrong address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and let us know the correct one. As long as we catch it within 24 hours of your order, we can update it for you. Please note: We can't offer refunds for incorrect addresses submitted after 24 hours.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Since we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers, shipping times can vary depending on your location. On average, you can expect your ReaLabs to arrive within 7-10 business days.

ReaLabs Return Policy

Our Commitment to You:

At ReaLabs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a return policy to ensure you have a smooth and hassle-free experience in the event you need to return an item.

Return Eligibility:

The following conditions must be met for a product to be eligible for a return and potential refund:

  • Unopened and Undamaged: The product (including headphones, AirPod Case, or any accessories) must be in its original, unopened, and unblemished condition. This includes all original packaging, manuals, and any additional materials included with the purchase.
  • Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request. This means you must notify ReaLabs of your intent to return the product within this timeframe.
  • Proof of Purchase: To expedite the return process, please have your order number readily available. This will help us quickly locate your purchase details and verify eligibility.

Products Not Eligible for Return:

Due to hygiene concerns and the potential for contamination, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened Headphones or AirPod Cases: For health and safety reasons, once a headphone or AirPod Case has been opened and potentially used, it cannot be returned for a refund. This includes any product where the original packaging has been unsealed or tampered with.

Return Process Initiation:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Provide Order Information: During your communication with customer support, please provide your order number and clearly state your intention to return the product.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and confirmed to meet our return policy criteria, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued. Please note that you may be required to provide a brief explanation for your return.
  3. Return Shipment: You are responsible for securely packaging the unopened and undamaged product in its original packaging and returning it to the designated return address provided with your RA number. Please note: The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with proof of delivery for your own protection.

Return Processing and Refunds:

Once your return shipment is received and inspected by ReaLabs, we will process your refund according to the following guidelines:

  • Eligible Returns: For unopened and undamaged products returned within the 14-day window and in accordance with our policy, a full refund (minus return shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after processing is complete.
  • Ineligible Returns: Products that do not meet our return criteria (e.g., opened, used, damaged, or returned past the 14-day window) will not be eligible for a refund. ReaLabs reserves the right to refuse the return and return the product to the customer at their expense.

Additional Information:

  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs associated with your initial order will not be refunded unless the return is due to a proven error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
  • Promotional Discounts: If your original purchase included a promotional discount, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the full non-discounted price of the product.
  • Warranty: This return policy does not apply to warranty claims. For warranty-related issues, please refer to our warranty information or contact customer support.
