Tracking Statues:

• Pending/Not found: Don't sweat it! Your order is packed and ready to roll. The carrier just needs 3-5 business days to update the tracking info. It's likely already on its way to you. Heads up: If it's been pending for over 10 days, shoot us a message on the "Contact Us" page and we'll get you the scoop.
• In Transit: The carrier has your package and it's officially on the move! Get ready to rock out.
• Out for Delivery: Buckle up – your ReaLabs are about to be delivered or are prepped for pickup. Time to blast your favorite tunes!
• Exceptions: Uh oh, a shipping hiccup (like customs hold or a returned package). No worries, contact your local post office with your tracking number for next steps.
• Failed Attempt: The carrier tried to deliver, but something came up. They'll usually leave a note and try again. Contact your local post office with your tracking number to reschedule delivery or arrange a pickup.
